Instructions on what to do if you have not received your license key email after purchase or registration

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your license key yet. Our system is designed to send it to you automatically right after your registration is complete. If it hasn't arrived, here are the most common reasons and what to do next.

Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Mail Folder

This is the most common reason for a missing license email. Automated emails can sometimes be flagged as spam by email providers.

  1. Please thoroughly check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

  2. Search your entire mailbox for any emails from MiLaboratories (@milaboratories.com)

If you find the email, we recommend marking it as "Not Spam" to ensure you receive our future communications.

Step 2: Verify the Email Address

It's possible there was a small typo in the email address provided during the purchase or registration process. Please double-check the email address you used. If you have multiple email accounts, be sure to check all of them.

f you have checked your spam folder and are certain the email address was correct, please contact our support team using the messenger on this page, and we will be happy to assist you.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your request:

  • The full name and email address used for the license key.

  • The date of your registration.

Our team will locate your registration and resend your license key right away.
